For most projects—especially new web sites and complete redesigns—we use the following process:

1. Discovery. The most important step in the process is finding out what you want—and what features will help your business grow the most. To begin, please contact us.

2. Proposal. After determining your needs and evaluating how we will meet them, we will provide you with a proposal detailing our solutions and the estimated cost. The proposal will also include an estimate of how long the project will take.

3. Contract, Initial Payment, and Content. If our proposal is agreeable to you, we’ll put together a basic contract agreement for your review. After we receive the signed contract agreement and initial payment of 50 percent of total estimated cost, we will begin developing your site. At this point, you can also mail or e-mail any text, photos or additional media that you would like on your site.

4. Prototype. During the prototype and development stages, your input is essential. We will create a color scheme, mockup design, and any necessary functionality prototypes for your review. Once you are satisfied with the look-and-feel of the design, we will begin developing the site.

5. Development. In the development stage, we design and develop the complete site. When we are finished, we will upload the site to a temporary URL for your review and approval. Once you are totally satisfied with the site, we will upload it to the public URL.

6. Conclusion. After your site is live, we will promote your site by generating description and keyword META tags and registering the site with the eleven major search engines and directories. Finally, we will invoice you for the balance of the development cost.
